Morning bike ride and drunken goose

So my parents were in town last weekend and brought my bike up from KC for me. This morning I decided to test out my bike for the first time in about 10 years and realized very quickly I should have probably taken it in for a tune up before I ventured out. During my first hill I tried to shift gears down and soon found out my bike only shifted gears up and was unable down-shift. Needless to say it made for an interesting first bike ride and a challenging one at that. All was rewarded however, when I was almost back home and crossed paths with a drunken goose. I wasn't able to capture the best video but if you watch until about 25 seconds through you might be able to see what I am talking about.
